Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your hen party dance class. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Last Updated: September 2025

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit payment of £50. We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving your booking.

1.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due 3 days before your event date
  • We accept payments by PayPal or bank transfer
  • Additional venue costs (if applicable) are payable directly to the venue

1.3 Pricing

Our standard pricing is £150 for 1 hour and £170 for 1.5 hours. Prices include professional instructor, music, and choreography. Venue costs are additional where applicable and start from £25 per hour.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client Cancellation

Once you pay the deposit, we pay the venue. The deposit of £50 is non-refundable. The balance is not due until 3 days before the workshop. Once the balance is paid 3 days before the workshop, that is not refundable.

2.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking once without penalty if done more than 7 days in advance, subject to instructor availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a £25 fee.

2.3 Our Cancellation

In the unlikely event we need to cancel (due to instructor illness, extreme weather, etc.), we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost. We are not liable for any consequential losses.

3. Liability and Insurance

3.1 Participant Safety

All participants take part in dance activities at their own risk. You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect participation. We recommend participants wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.

3.2 Public Liability

We maintain public liability insurance of £2 million. However, participants are responsible for their own personal accident insurance and any pre-existing medical conditions.

3.3 Property Damage

We are not responsible for damage to personal property or venue property caused by participants. Any damage to venue equipment or facilities will be charged to the booking party.

4. Venue and Equipment

4.1 Venue Requirements

Venues must have adequate space (minimum 4m x 4m), sound system capabilities, and appropriate flooring. If using your own venue, you are responsible for ensuring it meets health and safety requirements.

4.2 Equipment

We provide portable speakers and music. If additional equipment is required, this will be discussed during booking and may incur extra charges.

5. Conduct and Behaviour

5.1 Expected Conduct

All participants must treat our instructors and venue staff with respect. We reserve the right to end a session early without refund if behaviour is inappropriate, aggressive, or puts others at risk.

5.2 Alcohol Policy

While we understand hen parties often involve celebration, we require participants to be in a suitable condition to safely participate in physical activity. Excessively intoxicated participants may not be able to take part for safety reasons.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 Photo and Video Policy

We may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to us using these materials on our website and social media. Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed or videoed.

7. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Your information is used solely for booking purposes, communication, and service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary for service provision (e.g., venue booking). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic measures, transport strikes, or venue unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any issues amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us within 7 days of your event. These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Current terms apply to all bookings made after the date of publication. We will notify existing bookings of any significant changes that affect their booking.
